  1. I could use some weight; could I borrow a few pounds.

  2. Hi John. I think what you are doing to better yourself is fantastic! I have a lot of respect for people that even though they may have made bad decisions in the past, have decided to make a change and do something about it. I wonder if you would take a look at my blog I started recently. I would like your feedback. Most people will think that it is written in an attacking tone, and I am in a way trying to be very harsh and shocking, but I would like to see what your point of view is. Do you think i’m going too far? Thanks a bunch!

I’m totally diggin’ that you were inspired by the list. It’s just amazing to me that so many of us share the same struggles and can so relate to one another.

One day we’ll have a list reflecting why we’re so happy to finally be fit. :)

  5. I’ve lost twenty so far and I would love to lose another fifteen….good for you…you have the right idea…but it’s so hard….drink tons of water…that’s one secret…and fruits and veggies…

  6. That’s great to see so many reasons why you want to lose weight. I always say when you know why you want to do something then the how becomes so much easier. Way to go.

  7. Great list! If you can’t find something there to motivate you, it’s time to check the pulse…
