Setting Goals… Crossing the Finish Line

Bustin OutInspired by Half Man

So far, I have only posted my “next goal”. I have thought that setting the bar just in front of your current position, would be similar to entering the Indy 500, setting the goal at 100 miles, then being discouraged by the 400 miles you still have to drive. That being said, I have worked up a series of weightloss goals to work towards.

Starting Weight – 392 lbs. (December 22, 2006)
10%- 353 lbs. (June 7, 2007)
BMI >40 – 302 lbs. (???)
> 300 lbs. (???)
Half-way to Goal – 294 lbs. (???)
> 250 lbs. – (???)
BMI >30 – 227 lbs. – (???)
>200 lbs. – (???)
Half the Man ULTIMATE GOAL – 196 lbs. (???)
