Let the trumpets sound and release the doves!
I have made the 10% goal!
And for that I got this nifty key ring to show to all my friends and remind me of what I have accomplished.
Without further delay…. Anton, a drum roll please…
Starting Weight (Dec. 22, 2006) - 392 lbs.
Weight Today (June 7, 2007) - 351.4 lbs.
Weight Lost This Week - 2.8 lbs.
Total Loss - 40.6 lbs.
NEXT Goal - 330 lbs. by Labor Day
(21.4 lbs to go!)
And I got a GOLD star too!
